TERMS AND CONDITIONS

•               Every effort has been made to ensure that the wonderbox zen brochure is as accurate as possible.  Please note that some details, however, are liable to change - you can always check the wonderbox.com site for any updates.

•               Wonderbox and its spa partners, resellers, distributors and other third parties cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, physical or emotional accident and/or injury, inconvenience, liabilities, costs or expenses sustained as a result of information contained in the wonderbox brochure or resulting from the use of the wonderpass certificate.

•               All wonderbox users agree that their participation in any activity or use of any service is at their own discretion and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their own safety and well-being. Wonderbox users hold the wonderbox corporation, its officers, directors, employees, agents, resellers, distributors and third parties harmless from any and all liability arising from the use of the wonderbox and/or the wonderpass certificate.

•               The wonderpass certificate may be used at the locations described in this wonderbox only. The wonderpass certificate only covers payment of the selected treatment, limited to the description of said treatment as provided in this brochure. It may not be redeemed for cash or credit and cannot be applied to purchases nor combined with any other offers.

•               The wonderpass certificate is valid until the date shown on the wonderbox and the wonderpass certificate. Please safeguard your wonderpass certificate - it is not replaceable if lost, stolen or irrevocably damaged.

•               Prior reservation for treatments is required. Wonderbox users agree to check with spas for respective hours of operation and schedule all appointments in advance.  Service providers may at any time ask wonderbox users to provide the wonderpass certificate number to confirm the reservation. Some venues may also require a credit card number to hold the reservation.

•               Actual wonderpass certificate must be provided at time of appointment. Failure to provide original physical certificate may result in requirement to pay treatment in full directly to service provider.

•               Wonderbox users agree to provide at least 24 hours notice before canceling or rescheduling originally scheduled appointment. No cancellation or rescheduling of a reservation will be allowed without the direct consent of the spa provider. Any missed appointment or late notice will immediately void your wonderpass certificate.

•               The wonderpass certificate does not include gratuities. 

•               The wonderpass certificate is for one-time use only, and may not be re-used, reproduced, copied or altered at any time. Doing so immediately voids the validity of the wonderpass certificate.
